**Location:** This position will allow you to work at any Anthem location or Remotely


Responsible for working with management to implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties to include, but are not limited to:


+ Provide oversight and ownership of a portfolio of Transformation initiatives.

+ Identifies and escalates potential issues, delays, project change, and scope concerns.

+ Leads efforts to identify best practices.

+ Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.

+ Provides coaching and ongoing feedback to support Payment Integrity's initiative owners

+ Acts as a conduit of communication for updates, guidance, and leadership

+ Helps create an environment that is supportive and challenging

+ Provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and enterprise wide initiatives.

+ Provides expertise in developing business cases and planning activities.


**Requirements**


+ Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background

+ 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives including knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution)

+ Master's degree preferred.

+ Experience with Transformation is strongly preferred.

+ Knowledge/experience with Program Integrity highly desired.
